Das zarte saftige Fleisch schmilzt bei diesem Grill Rezept regelrecht im Mund, weil es ein paar Stunden in der Rinder Marinade liegt. Du kannst es <strong>auch \u00fcber Nacht<\/strong> stehen lassen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Spie\u00dfe vorbereiten<\/strong>: Den Grill auf mittlere bis hohe Stufe stellen, wenn du einen Elektrogrill oder eine <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/4lQjPr7\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Grillpfanne<\/a> verwendest. Ansonsten Grill anheizen, w\u00e4hrend du das Fleisch, die roten Zwiebelringe und die Paprika auf die Spie\u00dfe steckst. Wenn du Holzspie\u00dfe verwendest, solltest du diese vorher f\u00fcr 20 Minuten in Wasser legen, damit sie nicht anbrennen.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Grillen<\/strong>: Die Spie\u00dfe m\u00fcssen 7-8 Minuten auf dem hei\u00dfen Grill liegen, bis das Fleisch gar ist. Oder so lange, bis das Fleisch die Konsistenz hat, wie du es magst.
