Plus it\u2019s loaded with chia seeds, pumpkin seeds (pepita), sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, and the only \u201cflour\u201d you\u2019ll find in this bread is actually high-protein finely ground almonds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients for My Easy Gluten-Free Bread<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">What I love most about this seeded bread is its soft texture. Honestly, it can easily hold its own against a loaf from a professional bakery and you\u2019d never guess it\u2019s gluten-free. It\u2019s perfect for sandwiches or toasting. Plus there\u2019s no yeast, no kneading, no chilling, no rolling \u2014 none of that nonsense work.
