It\u2019s my very own spice mix made with natural unrefined cane sugar, chia, coconut flakes, ceylon cinnamon, tonka beans, bourbon vanilla and a little gourmet Kalahari Desert salt. A mix that adds both sweetness and an indescribable delicious factor to a simple bowl of oatmeal. A spice mix that is perfect for cooking and as a topper.<\/p>\n<h2>How to add more pep and nutrition to a bowl of oatmeal<\/h2>\n<p>So now that the basics are covered, there are a few more ways to add even more to your breakfast porridge. If you are looking to add some protein, then a great way to do this is mix in an egg to it the last minute of cooking. You\u2019ll never even know it is there. Or if you want to keep things vegan, then roast some chopped almonds and add them as a topping. Or even easily is to top it with some chia, flax or hemp seeds.<\/p>\n<h2>Other topping ideas<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Toasted coconut flakes or desiccated coconut<\/li>\n<li>Cacao nibs or a spoonful of <a
