Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until the filling is bubbling and the top is golden and crisp and the fruit is bubbly around the edges. Let cool at room temperature for at least 30 minutes before serving.
TIP: I think it’s even better after an hour when it's just slightly warm (or even at room temperature). Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 days, that is, if there are any!
