Sweet honey cherry tomatoes and salty capers. Tomato caper salad. Genius. I could eat this in its entirety, all by myself, but if you’re not as greedy, it serves 4 or even more as a side.

400-500gcherry tomatoes,halved
2tablespoonscapers (salt-packed, not brine)
1/2small red onion,chopped or sliced
1 1/2teaspoonsfresh lemon juice
1tablespoonextra-virgin olive oil
coarse sea salt,to taste
Method
In a small bowl, combine the tomatoes, capers, and red onion. Add the lemon juice, oil and salt and toss. Let stand for at least 10 minutes before serving.
