Ingredients
- 400-500 g cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 tablespoons capers (salt-packed, not brine)
- 1/2 small red onion, chopped or sliced
- 1 1/2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
- coarse sea salt, to taste
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine the tomatoes, capers, and red onion. Add the lemon juice, oil and salt and toss. Let stand for at least 10 minutes before serving.
