  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon (Ceylon)
  • 4 tablespoons water
  • 70 g rolled oats (fine-cut)
  • 500 ml unsweetened rice-coconut-milk
  • 2 teaspoons maple syrup (or honey), for serving

Method

  1. Combine the apricots, cinnamon, and water in a small pot. Heat over medium-high until it begins to simmer and steam. Reduce to low heat and gently cook for 2 minutes.
